Standard Products

Eligible unused products may be returned within [30] days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Products should be returned:

• Unused
• Uninstalled
• In resalable condition
• With original components and accessories
• In original packaging where reasonably possible

Non-Returnable Products

Unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law, the following may be final sale:

• Custom-cut products
• Made-to-measure products
• Personalized products
• Special orders
• Installed products
• Products altered after delivery
• Clearance/final-sale merchandise marked as such

Incorrect Measurements

Custom products manufactured according to measurements supplied by the customer generally cannot be returned solely because the measurements provided were incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Original shipping, installation, measurement, removal, or other service charges may be non-refundable once those services have been performed, except where required by law.
